INSTRUCTION

Final Project - Animated Infographic
07.01.19 - 25.01.19 (Week 1 - Week 3)

We worked on a group to accomplish this project. My group consist 6 people, including me, Andrea as the leader, Chelin, Chiquita, Crystal, and Helen.
This project requires us to animate an infographic of comparing a contrast subject. We had many ideas while discussing on a contrasting topic that we wants to worked on, such as burrito vs sandwich, winter vs summer, and other ideas that we finally void after we agreed to do a comparison on a contrasted ghost celebration between Western and Asian.

We were suggested to use the 5w and 1h aspects to ease and specify the information we convey in our animated infographic. So, we did.

Short Rough Animatics Video
28.01.19 (Week 4)

From this week, we were started to divide ourselves into groups since we think it is the most efficient way to finish this project. I got my job as an illustrator along with Andrea, she's doing the hungry ghost illustration while I'm doing the halloween illustration. We divide the day of the dead illustration equally between us.

First of all, Chelin and Helen as sketch team made a rough sketch for the short rough animatics video. We also worked on our narrative scripts for Crystal's voiceover.

Before we started animating the rough sketches, we made some updated changes to the sketches due to the extra information and to match the sketches with the narrative script.

11.02.19 (Week 6)

After we got the feedback, the sketch team start to make improvement on their rough sketches.

After the sketch team done with their job, comes our turn to illustrating all the sketches made.
