PROJECT 2A

Here's the compilation in slides of the mood board for 'chamber':

FEEDBACK

Ms Hsin suggested me relook the logo and develop further on the stripes as my graphic element, on how to make it communicate the brand message. for the lineup artist mood board, she reminded me that Instagram is very visual based so it would not be good to have so many words on an Instagram post, she said it's okay to have the approach on my mood board if I'm going to use it in the website. for the social message virtual background poster, she said I should reduce the visual message so that it wouldn't be distracting. it would be okay if I have a tiny visual with a few words like one of the visual references in my mood board.

Logo: The reference guide to symbols and logotypes
Logos are signs, marks of identity designed for recognition, function as a graphic representation of a company, brand or organisation.

Abstract design in identity design seen as lack of ideas and of an inexorable slide towards sameness. And it is undoubtedly true that non-specific swirls, swooshes, whorls, and waveforms have become the default option for organizations that can't find anything interesting to say about themselves, but it would be wrong to write off the abstract logo.

Designs that appear to be non-representational occasionally have their origins in more figurative forms. Less is more.

Logo Design Process With a Client
This video was introduced to us by Ms Hsin during class and I feel I've learned quite a few stuff from this video, as how a logo is brainstormed and developed.
