TASK 3 – DESIGN DOCUMENT/PROJECT PROPOSAL
We mapped the user journey through the ESPL website with some scenarios and pointed out the gain and pain points as well as the suggestions.
We had interviews with 7 gamers to find out their experiment though the ESPL website, here's the documentation:
Here's our user persona based on our interviews and data collected through google form:
Here's our proposal slides for the final project:
The lecturer said that the presentators all know and understand the content well, the problem stated were all elaborated with clear evidence, comprehensive user persona and overall good observation.
We started to work on our low fidelity prototype by discussing and creating new flow chart based on the current website gain and pain points and what we have suggested. And after we consulted to both Mr. Shamsul and Mr. Razif, we conducted a user testing (access in our miro board) to test the user experience and get new insight on the new website.

Then, we start to work on the design of the website and produce the high fidelity prototype of the website. Click here to access our high fidelity prototype. With this prototype, we conducted another user testing to improve further the website.
And here's our final slides presentation of ESPL website:
REFLECTION:
I had a lot of fun during this whole module learning about how a user experiences a product, particularly a website. I experience on both side as the user who navigates through a product and another side as the one who observes how well users navigate through a product. It was really fun to constantly collect data to keep the website updated with the user needs. This module definitely has made me see things in a different way and very useful for me working on any other projects.
